1. Use of AI Technology in Consultations

To support high-quality patient care and ensure effective communication with your specialist care providers, our practice uses secure AI technology that may operate in the background during your consultation. This assists in accurate documentation. Please be assured that all data is securely protected in accordance with privacy standards. Data remains on-site in Australia.

By proceeding, you consent to the use of this technology. If you do not consent, please inform our reception team or your doctor prior to your consultation.

2. Use of Overseas-Based Administrative Support

Some of our team members may be based outside of Australia. All data accessed or handled by these team members remains securely stored within our clinical software, which adheres to strict privacy and cyber security protocols.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and protection of your personal information at all times.

3. Payment and Fees

Full payment for a consultation is required after each booked consultation. Provided you have a valid medicare card and referral, you may be eligible for a rebate for your consultation from medicare. A gap fee is payable up to $275, on all consultations, depending on whether this is your first or subsequent consultation, and at the discretion of the practice. Please contact the practice if you would like an indication of price before your consultation.

Following your consultation, you will be required to pay the entire amount (medicare rebate amount + gap fee + EFTPOS fees). You will then receive an invoice following your consultation, of the exact amount. Following payment, you will then receive your medicare rebate into your bank account within 48 hours (longer if the consultation occurs over a weekend or public holiday). You do not need to go to medicare to receive your rebate. Please contact the practice if your rebate has not come through.

Additional Fees

  • Paperwork / Urgent Requests Fee $125 – This includes for NDIS applications or employer forms that require extensive reports to be provided and/or additional assessments outside of usual practice, to be performed e.g. objective questionnaires. Additionally, requesting documentation within 24 hours may also attract an additional $100 early-processing fee. If paperwork is required to be completed, please ensure to let our administration team know in advance of an appointment, to plan your appointment duration accordingly
  • Urgent appointment Fee $125 – requests for review within 48 hrs.
  • Please note, booking cancellations are accepted without fee until 24 hrs prior to the appointment. A no-show will incur a $125 + EFTPOS fees.
